Joined Up Food end's with a bang!
The Paddington Development Trust’s, Westminster Enterprise Centre, Joined Up Foodproject funded by the Royal Bank of Scotland and the City of Westminster went out with a bang on Saturday evening, 28th March when it held a dazzling awards event showcasing some of the best of the food entrepreneurs discovered and incubated by Westminster Enterprise Centre over the last 15 months.
The food entrepreneurs set up stands in the foyer and greeted guests as they came to the charity event who enjoyed delicious samples of their unusual foods. Examples included Mary Albert (Royel La Raye): West Indian salt fish nibbles & patties, Carol Evans (carolevanscakes): Jimmy Choo Cake, Vicky Edwards (Vickys Donuts): Doughnuts, Ola Coker (Ola’s Apron): Chilli Sauce with savoury nibbles, Saida Bairak (MedleyMoreSauces): Dipping sauces with savoury nibbles, Leanne Allen (Esther’s Cakes): cupcakes, Ishwariya Rajamdhan (Orange by Design Ltd): Baked Bread delights, Nidha Sharma (NS Foods): Toast with Tasty toppings (90 degree melt).
